Ooh..I've just watched 'Pirates of the Carribean - Dead Man's Chest'..and it was so cool! I love it! Though my parents say that the first series was better.. After my tuition, which was 6.15pm (guides attended RI campfire..mum said they saw guides at the MRT station, and i knew it was ACG!) then we went to buy tickets. The 6 o'clock and 8.10 pm show was almost full, so we had to watch the 8.50pm show..it was 2 hours later, so we went to have our dinner and went home to take our jackets and put our bags. We reached J8 at about 8.40? Bought a box of popcorn and a big cup of Sprite. Spent a total of $22( had 2 free tickets. ha..). Went into the cinema, ate popcorn while watching the advertisements..it was like going on forever..and finally, the movie was screened. I've calculated the time - 15 minutes of advertisement before the show starts.. Oh, come to think of it, how did the movie started? Erm.. can't remember. Duh :(( It was like Elizabeth was about to marry Will, but the authorities hand-cuffed Will and Elizabeth and was sent to prison. Then Will was asked to find Jack Sparrow to get the compass and hand it over to them. But Elizabeth was held in prison. Will went around asking where Jack was and he was slapped by a woman..(that's so funny) Then Elizabeth's father helped Elizabeth to escape from prison. But the captain of the ship was killed and the father was held back. Luckily, she managed to escape to find the head??..got his signature(something like that)..then went on board a ship to find Captain Jack. She left her gown on the ship, and the crew found it and thought it belonged to a female ghost. Then she tried to scare them by swinging the gown around and showed them the direction where they should go..Tortaga. There, Elizabeth found Jack and his crew(they were looking for brave souls to help out)..then she went on board and followed them. That Davy Jones was not that scary at all..just disgusting looking..the funny thing about the crew on board the 'Flying Dutchmen' was very old, and they had barnacles,corals etc. sticking onto their bodies. Cool huh? The front of the ship has a sharp pointed tip..Will hid there and Davy Jones could not find him.. At the island, it was the funniest thing there..Will was caught by the natives while trying to find Jack?? Yeah..then he and other crew members were being caged up, and were hung to the bridge..it was so scary if you were up there.. Then they tried to swing to the sides to grab hold of the vines, then they climb up..when the other persons in the other cage told them that the ship needs only 6 people to work, they competed to climb the top. Will saw the native person coming and told them to stop and not make noise but the other people would not listen. In the end, they dropped down cliff(i suppose they were dead) but unfortunately, the native saw them and they had to quickly climb up to the top. They rolled and rolled until they came to a halt, then they walked hurriedly, like a girl wearing a dress. It was very very funny, and I was laughing till my stomach hurts.. and they continued rolling and they dropped into the valley?? they natives were hot at heels, and shot them when they were in water..then they got notice that Jack was making trouble at their village and they all rush away and they could escape from there. They got the ship set for sail and were waiting for Jack. When they finally saw him, he was being chased by the whole lot of natives. They wanted to eat him but could not as he has boarded the ship. Then the dog was left behind and the people chased the dog around(wonder if it was being roasted for dinner..) That was so funny. Jack had already knew that Davy Jones was coming to get him and The Pearl into the sea, then he went to see Tia. When Tia gave him a jar of dirt, he was wondering if it was to any use.. "If you don't want, you can give it back.." "No, I'll keep it." Lala...I'm too tired to write anymore.. watch it to know more.it's so damn funny. The ending is that Jack was sort of eaten up by the octopus' very big and scary mouth..then Tia suggested that the other captain of the pearl to show them the way to find the 'flying dutchmen'. He with his green apple and monkey..duh..! I feel that this series is more comical compared to the first..and this was not as exciting as the first..lol There will be a third series and I wonder when it will be in cinemas (maybe 2009 or 2010..that's so long!)..I will be waiting..
