Finally updated...Attended Mayflower Scouts' campfire today..or I should I say just now? The campfire started at about 7, I guess(I lost track of time!!).. And we're supposed to meet at 6.30pm at AMK MRT station. So at 6pm, I left my tuition class, quickly changed into full guides u, then walk to the MRT station. I reached there at 6.15??!! Wah! So early?! Still have to wait another 15 minutes..Ying Chyi's not there yet, so I stood at one corner and waited for the rest.Then came Cheryl, a sec.1. Hmmm... I didn't know sec. 1s are coming for the campfire too..I thought we weren't allowed to come when we're in sec. 1?? It's not fair!! They get to enjoy more campfires than we do.. not fair..Anyway, Ying Chyi came shortly after - 7 minutes later.Got my dinner - chicken rice. Then we went to Cheers to buy something, and stayed outside to eat our food! Jerrica ate her corn, YC ate the chicken drumstick while I ate my chicken rice. BaoYi just stood there watching us eat..poor thing.. Oh yeah..forgot to thank her for holding my plastic bag for so long..and er..sorry for troubling her.. ):Then Jing Qiu came and talked about the chicken hanger thingy.....chicken hanger too expensive!!! I didn't know that the chicken hanger was counted in the food budget, and I don't how the hanger looks like and how much it costs(the cheaper ones).. Then she continued with the hanger thingy.....................................shalln't talk about that..I guessed we waited for a very time before setting off for Mayflower sec. It was drizzling slightly when we reached there, so we walked briskly to the gate and that was like at the other side of where we walked to. The gateway's a little too small?? if compared to other scouts' campfire?? And the lashing aren't tight! And the gaps are quite big..one's feet might get stuck between two poles...As it was raining, we went to the hall. Many other units are there already..and we're one of the last few arriving..but anyway, we're not the last to arrive..and that's not too bad.When the campfire started at first, everyone doesn't seem to be high and enthu..but as time passes, we all started to get very very high! and we're sweating!I guess it's my first time getting so high during campfires?? I was like screaming throughout..cheering for a.guides!!OMG! JunYing and Naf are so so chio man! (wo ai si ta men le!!!) And they won the fashion competition!! Yay!! 3 cheers and 3 cheers 3 cheers for naf and junying. Hip hip hurray! Hip hip hurray! Hip hip hurray!! Woooo!!!!And Adlyn was one of the 3 people who won the dancing competition! Yay! Cheers for her!! :))Then at about 10, campfire ended. All in all, I enjoyed the campfire!! =D It's the first campfire of the year!! But the bad thing about it is that it plays chinese songs..and it like showing racism?? But anyway, it's over..I'm looking forward to another campfire!! I love campfires!! :)))Reached home at about 11pm, bathed, and here I am! Updating my blog!
